I am one of two Common Councilmen for the Ward of Dowgate in the City of London. I have represented the residential and business electors in the Ward since 2002 and was re-elected without contest for a further term of four years in the elections of 2009. With my Alderman, Alison Gowman and her Deputy Robin Sherlock, I regularly meet with businesses residents and commuters in the Ward. I work in the City for a global and independent fund management group and am passionate about promoting the world's financial centre.
